Endorsed to the S.S. Toneng, to be carried privately to Manila, thus stampless.
Dropped at the Manila Post Office upon arrival and charged 30c Dues for 15c
triple inbound rate plus 15c Penalty, paid with 10c vertical strip of 3, cork killer ties.

strip of 3. Penciled "Fumigated" most likely applied later (dealer?).

The S.S. Toneng, registered in the Dutch Indies, originated from Bombay and HK. Fumigation required possibly due to cholera outbreak in India. The third cover for the same period I have seen from the S.S.
